Ideal POS has grown to be the largest supplier of POS Systems across Manitoba, serving restaurants, convenient & retail stores, hotels, bar vendors, hospitals, schools & universities and golf & country clubs.

**Responsibilities**:
This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Service Manager, a Hospitality Service Associate's responsibilities are (but not limited to):
1. Answer calls in a professional and calm manner

2. Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel

3. Assist clients and fellow team members with menu and inventory building and training

4. Be able to attend onsite calls to swap hardware and solve software issues

5. Capture customer information so that we can complete any invoicing as well as stay in contact to ensure customer is satisfied
