**Location**: 514 Carlingview Drive Etobicoke Ontario M9W 5R3

**Shift**: Days, Monday to Friday

**Responsibilites**:

- Monitor and track expenses for maintenance department
- Verify accuracy of stock items in the store including parts
- Update existing contracts with suppliers based on services required by maintenance department
- Create requisitions and purchase orders for parts needed by users
- Perform necessary orders via the EAM or similar work order/requisition tracking software
- Work with accounts payable team to correct discrepancies in purchase orders and account payables records
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, including budget spreadsheet
- Keep accurate physical and digital records
- Ensure suppliers contact details are up to date and accessible
- Obtain service reports and upload to EAM system
- Update status of purchase orders (ex. ordered or received)
- Act as main person of contact for all service and parts providers
- Communicate with suppliers and report parts defects
- Negotiate pricing from all service and parts providers
- As needed, attend site during down time verify work performed by service providers

**About You**:

- Computer knowledge and skills are required. This includes proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), EAM or similar systems
- Post secondary education in related field of study
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong oral and written communication in English
- Ability to partner with all levels of production from Maintenance team members to Supervisors
