Through CloudMD’s proprietary technology, the Company delivers quality healthcare through a holistic offering including hybrid primary care clinics, specialist care, telemedicine, mental health support, healthcare navigation, educational resources, and artificial intelligence (AI). **Who You'll Work With** The HRBP reports directly to the HR Director and works closely with diverse stakeholder groups across the organization, including payroll and benefits, finance, IT, etc. The position will be responsible for an assigned business portfolio and be the first point of contact for the associated leaders. The HRBP will manage and mentor junior people experience team members. **What You'll Be Doing** The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays an integral role in the HR team at CloudMD. Reporting to the HR Director, the role will work closely with business leads to implement consistent HR procedures and processes, and support strategic, forward-thinking HR practices. The HRBP will be involved in variety of HR areas including full-cycle recruitment, employee relations and engagement, total rewards, organizational design, and workforce planning. **Responsibilities** - Develops and maintains effective partnerships with designated business leaders, and serves as a strategic HR advisor, providing trusted advice to proactively support the execution of a positive employee experience and achievement of business objectives - Assists in aligning HR strategy with business priorities to drive to results - Guides and advises Managers on how to solve work-related problems through coaching and performance management - Supports effective compensation and classification practices and processes for new hires or position changes - Develops a deep understanding of the organizational growth strategy and associated talent needs, both short and long term, and bring forward talent acquisition solutions to support business plans - Supports talent acquisition team members to initiate, project-manage, and execute improvements to existing programs; where needed, support talent acquisition efforts for your stakeholder groups - Participates in the development of HR policies and procedures that meet the appropriate legislation requirements and organizational standards - Contributes to the assessment of existing programs and processes by collecting tracking and summarizing critical HR metrics, including analyzing trends and providing recommendations for changes to programs and initiatives - Provides input into various HR projects, including a HRMS implementation - Acts as a trusted advisor on Canadian employment law - In collaboration with business leaders, role model and work to foster a culture of belonging **What You'll Need to be Successful** - Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience - CHRP/CHRL designation is an asset - Experience working in labour relations is an asset - Strong knowledge of Labour law, Employment law, Human Rights legislation and Occupational Health & Safety Act - Consultative style and ability to effectively influence, coach and consult with key stakeholders, peers and team members - Advanced relationship-building skills with the ability to develop critical partnerships with business leaders and employees, and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a multi-disciplinary context - Demonstrated agility and the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities - Excellent written and verbal communication, including preparing and delivery of presentations to all employee levels - Ability to clearly define and articulate requirements, priorities, impacts, and solutions - A high degree of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential materials - A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement CloudMD is an equal opportunity employer.
