Team Auctions is looking for a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and X. This is the ideal role for someone who thrives on building performance-driven campaigns, optimizing ROI, and creating clean, engaging digital content.

**What You’ll Do**

**1. Campaign Management and Execution**
- Plan, build, and manage digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, X, and other platforms
- Execute full-funnel campaigns, including retargeting and lead generation
- Manage ad calendars, timelines, budgets, and creative workflows
- Write ad copies and support the creation/editing of visuals for campaigns

**2. Performance Optimization, AI, and Reporting**
- Track and analyze campaign performance using each platform’s reporting tools, and GA4
- Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and make data-driven adjustments
- Conduct A/B testing on copy, visuals, and targeting
- Leverage AI tools to improve performance, automate workflows, and streamline reporting
- Maintain dashboards and summarize results with actionable insights

**3. Creative Support and Brand Alignment**
- Ensure all ad content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals
- Contribute to the creation of social ad visuals, digital banners, and display materials
- Collaborate on creative direction and messaging across platforms

**4. Collaboration & Market Awareness**
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute go-to-market plans for each auction
- Stay updated on advertising trends, new platform features, AI tools, and competitor strategies
- Communicate with vendors, media reps, or designers when needed
- Contribute to internal marketing initiatives and brand awareness efforts

**5. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**
- Experience with SEO principles and landing page optimization
- Familiarity with improving website performance and content structure

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and A/B testing practices
- Intermediate design skills (Canva, Adobe)
- Clear communicator with excellent organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
- Based in Edmonton area (remote role, with plans to transition to in-office in the future)

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
