Now Hiring: Analyst, Collateral & Banking Operations **Job Description**: The Analyst, Collateral and Client Support is accountable for ensuring complete and timely processing as well as supporting CDS participants in areas such as: >Collateral management, Securities and Cash >Bank of Canada Lynx large value transfer system payments >US Banks fed wires >Ongoing client support Your Key Accountabilities and Challenges: - Point person for setting and follow on participants satisfying their collateral requirements- Ensuring successful launch and daily execution of the supervised processes- Building and documenting procedures- Central point of contact for clients, and ongoing client engagement to ensure client needs are met and solutions are provided- Provide high level knowledge of technical and analytical expertise regarding Collateral/Banking/Settlements- Ensure full Cash Reconciliation with all Bank accounts- Ensure completion of end of day Payment Exchange- Ensure complete and accurate Issuer Credit Rating- Ensure processing the CNS Buyins by the established deadlines- Back up for the Banking Analyst when required- Relationship Management with Regulators, Internal and External Audit, Risk Management, Finance and Technology partners- Strict adherence to internal procedures, rules, audit requirements and internal controls verification processes- Makes recommendations using professional judgment, guided by known practices- Work on Canadian Holidays when the USA is open for Banking and Collateral functions- Work under the current corporate hybrid policy, which is a two day presence at the office **Skills**: - Effective listening, written and verbal communication skills- Sophisticated technical and analytical skills- Ability to propose operational solutions and tackle moderately complex problems specific to a project or assignment- Solid interpersonal skills- Proven organization skills with the demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision, as well as a team player- Detailed and results oriented- Proficient in Microsoft / Google suite Education/Experience- Post-Secondary education in Business Administration and/or Accounting is preferred- Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience in the Securities Financial Industry- Solid knowledge in Operations or Securities Accounting in the Securities Financial Industry- Experience in handling wires, in both setting and approving online paymentsIn the market for Excitement - Explore emerging technology and innovation, as well as ventures and digital finance that shape the future of global markets Experience the movement of the market while grounded in the stability of close to 200 years of success.
