As our Innovation Quality Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of our products. This includes mixing benchtop samples for liquid feedback, testing new packaging formats and evaluating legacy SKUs. - Raw material quality team lead - ensuring everything is compliant from a liquid & packaging standpoint. Working with suppliers and production facilities nationally. Optimizing raw material usage. **Tertiary Responsibilities** - Act as a bridge between Innovation, Marketing, Operations, and Sales departments, bringing innovations to life - Warehouse Monitoring: Track and review storage reports, promptly flagging any issues related to suppliers, repacking facilities, or storage facilities. Occasionally, conduct on-site visits and walkthroughs to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Plan and co-lead taste testing initiatives across the company to gather valuable data on beverage performance and consistency across all production facilities. - Recipe Optimization: Assist the Quality team in recipe optimization and ingredient matching projects, contributing to continuous product improvement. - Innovation Input: Be a champion of ABG’s internal culture of innovation. Play a critical role in launching new innovations on time at the best quality. **Qualifications**: - Enthusiastic Learner: A strong desire to learn and stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to changing priorities and seamlessly shifting focus as needed. - Collaborative Spirit: Enjoy working with cross-functional teams and effectively collaborating with different departments. - Passion for Quality Beverages: Demonstrated interest in understanding quality standards within the beverage and food industry. - Ownership & Initiative: Take ownership of tasks, demonstrate initiative, and take pride in your work. - Beverage Industry Experience: Previous work experience in the beverage industry is advantageous. - General Microsoft Suite proficiency, especially in Excel, is an asset - Travel Flexibility: Access to a vehicle for occasional travel purposes.
