Job Opportunity: Quality Control Associate – Day Shift (Temp-to-Perm)
Location:
East Toronto – Morningside & Lawrence
Shift:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay:
$22/hour (depending on experience)

We're partnering with a fast-paced, innovation-driven co-pack and display manufacturing company in East Toronto. About the Role
The Quality Control Associate plays a vital role in ensuring product integrity throughout the production process. Reporting to the QA Supervisor, this hands-on role requires strong attention to detail and thrives on collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Review job specifications and inspect finished goods accordingly
- Complete QA documentation at various stages of production
- Maintain and document inspection criteria, processes, and findings
- Verify materials issued to production lines
- Inspect samples and finished products for conformity
- Temporarily stop the line and help resolve issues in partnership with Line Leads
- Participate in co-packing, testing, and assembly line operations to ensure GMP compliance
- Support investigations of non-conformances and quality discrepancies
- Communicate quality concerns and inspection results effectively
- Collaborate with multiple departments across production
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of QC experience in a production or co-pack facility (non-lab)
- High School diploma or equivalent; formal QA/GMP training is an asset
- Familiarity with GMP, WHMIS, and basic manufacturing processes
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable using computers and completing detailed paperwork
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for inconsistencies and defects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team-first attitude with integrity, curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement
