Westview Investment Inc. is a fast-growing consulting firm that provides internal services to companies in the food retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and bakery. We are currently seeking a Food Safety Administrator to join our team in Metro Vancouver BC. As a Food Safety Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring compliance with CFIA and Health regulations, as well as meeting customer requirements for food safety and quality standards for 5 retail locations.
- Visit and conduct inspections and audits of the retail facilities to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, as well as customer requirements.
- Collaborate with operational manager and store managers to meet food safety and quality compliance, providing assistance as needed.
- Document reports and assist with all administrative functions associated with this role.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements, Skills & Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Food Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Food safety related certification is required.
- Experience in Food Safety Administrator activities at a retail setting is an asset.
- Must be able to drive and use your own car for work.
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficient (MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time/part-time available with flexible working hours.
- Combination of an office and store setting. You will be reported to the head office but mainly visit our retail stores and work.
- Interact with all levels of personnel and external inspector.

**Compensation**:
