**Job Description**:
DISTRICT MANAGER

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE;- Overseeing the daily operations of multiple branches by implementing and following all company policies and procedures to ensure all services and operational standards are met- Managing your current team and talent and determining staffing requirements based on business needs to ensure Roofmart is providing the most efficient solutions and world class customer service.- Coaching, training, and mentoring your team- Ensuring branches comply with company policies, procedures and legislative safety requirements- Reviewing inventory for your locations by way of cycle counts and stock variances- Ensuring orders are properly processed for required materials for day-to-day business as well as special projects and working with suppliers to resolve any issues or returns- Playing an essential role in the maintenance and operations of warehousing tasks and responsibilities- Ensuring equipment inspections and maintenance are maintained- Identifying and managing all opportunities to create an efficient and effective operation while ensuring your team is safe and productive and your customers receive a high-caliber, quality experience

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;- College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing/Human Resources preferred) and/or 5 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management, sales experience- Valid driver’s license- Knowledge of the exterior building products industry would be considered an asset- An Entrepreneur with an owners mindset- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations

WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;- Authorized to work in Canada- Ability to travel
