**Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX**:
As the Product Operations Manager - Veilance, you partner closely with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization to support the evolution and management of the Innovation to Customer (I2C) I2C process, with a specific focus on the inputs and outputs of the Veilance team. Partnering with teams in Design, Product Line Management, Sourcing, Development and Operations, you support to identify cross-functional process improvements that maximize efficiency and enable the Veilance team to achieve business targets.

The Product Operations team optimizes the intersection of product, supporting through cross-functional teams to improve alignment, communication, and processes around the product. We build a foundation for excellence through reinforcing product strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting and reporting.

**If you were a Product Operations Manager - Veilance now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:
- Managing all inputs and outputs of the Veilance team with relation to the overall Arc’teryx I2C Calendar
- Partnering on the development and articulation of key I2C processes; ongoing projects and change opportunities to enhance linkage between Veilance and cross functional partners
- Ensuring all I2C deliverables are on time and that any risks or changes are communicated and solutioned with the Product Operations team
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to evolve the I2C process, with emphasis on how the Veilance teams plug into the rest of the processes
- Collaborating with the Product Operations team to document end-to-end processes
- Creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps, using standard templates
- Maintaining user guides and online help tools
- Analyzing the current business processes and collaborating with users to identify process improvement areas to help maximize efficiency
- Building and recommending new process, process flows, tools or systems solutions that are aligned with company goals
- Building close relationships with the Veilance Design and Merchandising teams, and creating a connection to the Design, Development, and Advanced Concepts and Strategy teams to support change-management initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Preparing meeting agendas and summarizing takeaway actions
- Upholding Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing, throughout the Arc’teryx supply chain

- Operationalizing long-term enterprise strategic milestones and plans for the Veilance business unit, and articulating how we consistently share details (via templates, process, etc.)

**Are you our next Product Operations Manager - Veilance?**:
- You have 5+ years’ experience in an operational role (project coordination, product operation, product management, strategy, etc.) in the creative or apparel industry
- You pose a high level of analytical and critical thinking
- You are familiar with the product life cycle of bringing products to market with milestone gates
- You have strong visual fluency, able to digest various forms of information and translate context into concise summaries
- You are comfortable navigating Miro and Keynote systems
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders
- You have the expert ability to explain, articulate, and document concepts, business processes, systems and business requirements
- You have confidence in communicating and collaborating amongst large and diverse audiences
- You have the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities, with a scale mindset
- You have a willingness to improve your skills independently in new technologies and solutions
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right

$106,000 - $133,000 a year

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$106,000 - CAD$133,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.

Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
