Tile + Stone Source, the largest tile importer in Alberta is searching for their next **Pricing & Product Coordinator** to join their team This role will be a key player who supports the Product Manager to ensure we are delivering the best product at the best prices for our customers. What does that mean? It means we're looking for an organization guru who understands pricing and margins, is an excellent communicator (verbally and written) and is experienced working in a retail or wholesale environment.

In addition, the Pricing & Product Coordinator will work closely with the marketing and merchandising team to coordinate tasks and provide accurate product information.

**Day-to-day responsibilities of a Pricing & Product Coordinator include**:

- Organizes monthly product launches by planning what new items are coming in, and effectively communicates amongst the team so proper tasks are assigned and executed
- Using Excel to calculate and analyze margins, and determine pricing
- Configures products in preparation to publish these to the website
- Ensure regular and consistent communication across various channels both internal and external
- Co-ordinate and maintain pricing and order guides, in areas of sales, margin, expenses, profit, and price perception.
- Monitors run rates, and initiates appropriate action based on an item decreasing or increasing in popularity.
- Work with suppliers to problem solve when errors arise
- Assists the Product Manager with supplier activities
- Initiates task assignment based on item changes using Asana

**We are looking for someone to demonstrate the following on their resume**:

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Post-secondary degree in business administration or similar field is considered a strong asset
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Strong eye for detail
- Fluent in Mandarin would be considered a strong asset (but not required)
