**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate, load and unload materials onto machinery, ensuring proper positioning and alignment for efficient processing.
- Monitor production output for defects, irregularities, or deviations from specifications. Conduct quality checks and make necessary adjustments to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery. Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, maintenance activities, and any incidents or issues encountered during operations.
- Coordinate with other team members, including supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance staff, to ensure seamless production processes.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience operating boring mills in a manufacturing environment is required**.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in material alignment, machine settings, and quality control.
- Ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues with machinery or production processes.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production goals.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Schedule: Shift work (currently two shift operation - days 7am-3pm and afternoons 3pm to 11pm rotating weekly), overtime and weekends as required. *Shift Premium for afternoon shift.
- Competitive salary with overtime after 40 hrs worked.
