**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Managing inbound and outbound loads at customer facility.
- Shunting of trailers in yard is required.
- Transferring of trailers between yards is required.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the driving team, including scheduling and route planning
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor driver performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for commercial vehicles to ensure optimal performance
- Oversee the loading and unloading of freight, ensuring proper handling of goods
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance logs, and driver performance metrics
- Foster effective communication between drivers, warehouse staff, and management to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensuring the maintainence and cleanliness of the yard is maintained at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Must have AZ license with 2 years of experience.
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle operation and maintenance is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of route driving principles and logistics management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$27.50 per hour
