**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Restore and build structures according to project specifications and schematics.
- Perform tile and stone setting.
- Install flooring materials, ensuring proper alignment and finishing.
- Execute concrete finishing tasks, ensuring durability and quality.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various renovation tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in renovation or construction roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics is essential.
- Strong skills in tiling, porcelain wall and flooring installation, caulking, and construction painting are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks associated with renovation work.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in construction environments.

**Qualifications**
- Experience with hand tools and power tools in a construction setting
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Knowledge of tiling, taping, drywall, and caulking techniques
- Ability to work with heavy handtools, brush, roll painting
- Experience in restoration projects and vanity and cabinet
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow renovation plans
- able to work underpressure

Pay: $20.00-$29.61 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 2 years (preferred)

- Driver's License (preferred)
