**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality bathroom renovations, covering everything from tile work and walk-in showers to bathtub porcelain replacements and floor levelling, drywall repairs and finishing, priming and painting.
- Utilize Schluter, Wedi, and Mapei systems with proven expertise.
- Adhere to strict project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met independently.
- Provide clear communication with clients, manage expectations, and address any arising issues.
- Manage project timelines, reporting progress and challenges as they occur.

Requirements & experience:

- Minimum 7 years of dedicated bathroom renovation experience.
- Proficiency with Schluter, Wedi, and Mapei systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Clean G driver’s license with a clear driving record.
- Vehicle ownership is a plus.
- Bondable, with a clean criminal record.
- Two verifiable professional references are required to validate work experience and reliability.

Pay: $24.63-$31.46 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 7 years (preferred)
- Skilled Labor: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-02-03
