Projects to be worked on - Agile Retail projects

Expected hire date ASAP

Potential to hire full time - Tentative, we do not currently have head count
- Lead & Serve the Scrum team in helping them meet their sprint and PI objectives.
- Facilitate all the team level events for the Retail program (Sprint Planning, Daily standups, Sprint Review, Refinement, and Retro), and SAFe ART events.
- Facilitate removal of impediments and fosters healthy & engaging team environment.
- Drive relentless improvement to enable the sustainable velocity and throughput.
- Document and track the Sprint retrospectives and related actions, improvements and metrics.
- Provide visibility into team progress (metrics) and issues.
- Coach the Channel Management team members and the product owner on team level Agile practices and principles to transform the team mindset to drive towards a self-organizing model
- Collaborates with the RTE (Release Train Engineer) and peer Scrum masters to enable ART predictability.
- Track Sprint level metrics and help improve the trend of the velocity, feature throughput and predictability of the team level deliverables.
- Proactively communicate to the RTE on the System demo topics (collaborate with the PO/Team).
- Appropriately ensure Squad/Team updates are reflected in respective team Jira boards.
- Help Review and follow up on Program risks related to the team and deliverables prior to ART Sync to drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate and help team build the Sprint level objectives and team risks. Work with Program Management teams to ensure funds are properly planned, tracked and spent on a monthly basis.
