The Estevan Church of God is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Children’s Ministry Coordinator. This role involves overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our children’s ministry programs (nursery to age 11) ensuring a safe, engaging, and spiritually enriching environment for children.

This role includes planning and implementing a weekly Children's Church, organizing special events, and recruiting and training volunteers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate weekly Children's Church including a Bible lesson.
- Plan and coordinate special events for children within the church and as an outreach to the community.
- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate curriculum for children’s ministry.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers
- Develop and maintain relationships with children and their families.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about upcoming events and their child’s progress.
- Collaborate with church leadership to align children’s ministry with the overall mission of the church

**Qualifications**:

- A love for children and a love for Jesus
- Previous experience in children’s ministry or a related field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A passion for working with children and fostering their spiritual growth
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
