**FT Key Holder - Sales & Visual Merchandising**

The FT Key Holder - Sales & Visual Merchandising is responsible for leading the Client Advisors in achieving sales goals, developing lasting client relationships, supporting the Store Director in any aspect of the business and helping build the brand with enthusiasm, dedication, creativity, and style.

**Store Financial Performance**:

- Achieve or exceed sales targets, including both the top and bottom line result

**People Management & Engagement**:

- Training on standard operating procedures; ensure the Client Advisors have the proper understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the potential impact on the business
- Motivate and inspire the Client Advisors to create brand loyalty and inspire a positive store environment
- Coach and mentor direct reports to improve performance and develop future leaders; identify external talent for the Company retail business
- Ensure an outstanding employee experience and drive Employee Engagement
- You will make sure that all Client Advisors build and maintain a loyal client base, by providing clients with individualized service
- Capture meaningful customer data for the purposes of connecting with clients, building relationships, and personalizing future client development opportunities
- Maintain an active, accurate, neat and organized client book, proactively contacting clients regularly, and providing appropriate follow-up on all sales or client requests
- Have a consistent weekly scheduled time for client outreach
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/annual personal sales and KPI targets while supporting team goals
- You will track weekly and monthly clienteling performances (to share with Management) and support the Store Director in developing each Client Advisor to increase their results.
- Support the Store Director in any aspect of the business, coach and develop Sales Team on Selling Ceremony, sales strategies, operations, clienteling, reporting, etc.

**Customer Experience**:

- Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
- Provide highest level of customer service, and bring the Company experience to life through events. Communicate the brand's aesthetic and demonstrate current, in-depth knowledge of the product/brand
- Ability to discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in the fashion world
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience through operational efficiency (such as: stock room management, cash wrap experience and sales floor best practices)

**Visual Merchandising**:

- Oversee in-store visual merchandising inclusive of special installations/window refreshes.
- Track weekly sales and suggest VM strategies of best and worst sellers.
- Support Store Director in all VM reports and stores replenishment requests.
- Support in all store events and send detailed recaps to Store Director and Corporate
- Provide accurate and detailed product knowledge training for the whole retail team for any collection, capsule, collaboration and event.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Handle all facets of sales transactions including POS operations, cash duties and register functions
- Support the Store Director with daily, weekly and monthly requests and reports
- Properly ticket and attractively display all merchandise according to visual guidelines
- Take care of the general look of the store -cleanliness, tidiness, and efficiency

- Manage inventory, communicate stock take/replenishment needs, and help guide seasonal buy
- Maintain neat and well-organized stockroom, properly receiving merchandise, and controlling damages
- Adhere to and enforce loss prevention and security policies, credit policies and procedures -credit cards, discounts, employee purchases, deposit logs, return & exchange policies
- Strictly stick to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance
- Work as a team player, fostering open communication to contribute to a positive work environment
- Comply with company policies, practices, and procedures
- Analyze and proactively react to inventory planning and maintain proper inventory metrics such as stock-ins, turnover, and flow
- Maintain loss prevention procedures that minimize unnecessary loss and increase security at the store
- Ensure overall accuracy and efficiency in inventory and cash store operating procedures measured by shrink
- Payroll and schedule management to maximize productivity and enhance customer experience measured by Sales per hour (SPH)
- Management of in store operation systems
- Performs store opening and closing procedures in alignment with company standards
- Other responsibilities may be added to meet the needs of the business

**Experience, Education and Designations**:

- 3-5 years retail management Experience
- Proven track record of in store operations
- Experience working with affluent and luxury brands is an asset
