Paterson Enterprises is Lead Hand/Site Supervisor

PE is searching for a confident hard-working individual to fill a full-time position working Monday to Friday. The occasional weekend or evening shift may be required.
- If you have skill in home renovation and building maintenance, we would love to see your resume.
- Team members are required to be able to both work in a group setting as well as working alone.
- Some areas of work that you may be involved in are drywall, concrete and masonry work, framing, fences, decks, siding, flashing, window and door installation, plumbing, simple electrical. Team members should also have knowledge of finishing type work such as painting, tiling, flooring and trim. Even if you do not have experience in all the areas must be willing to learn and grow with the business.

PE is also a dealer installer for Phantom Screen Doors, Roll Pro Shutters and screen, Rol Tec awnings and Top Shop Counter tops.

Team members are required to have:

- Reliable transportation to and from the main shop.
- Drivers License. Company Vehicles are available
- Have access to common tools for Job sites. Less Common tools are provided.

Job site requirements:

- Daily paperwork for each job site
- Time Sheet.
- Update Manager to highlight areas that team members struggled with or highlight accomplishments.
- Communicate with Clients so they are comfortable and satisfied with the work being completed, and direct clients to Manager if team members are not able to provide answers.
- We do at time have CO-OP students and team members are required to provide knowledge and skills to the students and provide them with tasks on site to help nurture and grow the passion for quality work.
- Manage Job site materials and Notify Manager of items needing to be ordered for pick up.

Wages will depend on Experience.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
