This position is based out of our facilities in Nanaimo, BC and is a full-time with regular routes to Campbell River, Courtenay, Port Alberni, Nanaimo, Victoria, and all points between. Our team enjoys a regular work schedule, competitive wages, and great benefits. The Lubricant Truck Driver’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Delivering packed oil to multiple customers daily - Delivering bulk oil to multiple customers daily through on board pumping system - Keeping accurate records and proofs of delivery - Loading packaged and bulk oil on to trucks - Helping to maintain our great relationships with our customers We Offer: - Competitive wage - Comprehensive benefits package including; RRSP, health, dental and employee & family assistance program - 100% paid training and extensive orientation - Exciting variety of duties in a positive work environment - On-going coaching from your supervisor and the leadership team - A fantastic full-time work schedule - no long haul and back to your own bed every night - Respectful - helpful and kind to others - Optimistic - eager to learn new things, improve and help others - Self-motivated - a determined individual who is driven by goals and deadlines - Dependable - someone who customers and co-workers can rely on - Team player - ability to work well with others and do whatever is needed Experience and Qualifications: - High school diploma, GED or equivalent - Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience - Class 3 license with air brakes - Ability to adapt to changing priorities or challenges - Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task with an attention to detail - Knowledge of Vancouver Island area and petroleum handling experience is an asset. - Must be able to lift/pull 50 pounds multiple times to do multiple deliveries per day. - You must have a clean drivers abstract (please attach a copy of "N" print abstract with your resume). - Must able to work alone safely and efficiently.
