Coffee Island is the 6th largest coffee brand in Europe and is currently looking for a full-time lead barista/ Shift Manager for its store in central Toronto.
We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team, someone who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute in creating a unique coffee experience for our guests.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has 2+ years of coffee experience, specialty coffee experience (is preferred).
- Has SCA coffee diplomas (are preferred).
- Has an avid interest in coffee, food and coffee culture.
- Has an extensive knowledge on coffee, brewing methods and also latte art skills
- Understands and values the importance of customer care & hospitality
- Has a commitment to consistency in quality, speed and intelligent customer service
- Has the ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Has a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
