The Roca Design Hardware team is made up of customer-first people with a real passion for outstanding service and providing luxury hardware expertise that goes beyond our customers’ needs and expectations. Manufactured with with the latest technology, our products make any home exclusive and elegant. Our customers range from interior designers, to custom home builders, to home owners.

Our showroom is our main touch point with our ever evolving customer base. This is a fast paced role where the individual will assist in the day to day operations of the office/showroom. As a committed and dedicated member of the team, you’ll play a key role in helping Roca Hardware to exceed performance goals and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Act as the first point of contact for the showroom ensuring a professional and friendly experience for clients, staff and suppliers;
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and follow up on any outstanding customer matters;
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and face to face;
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through positive in-store experience;
- Maintain customer records in our databases, including organization and maintenance of information such as POs, documentation and reports;
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
- Determine the customer’s needs and offer suggestions and alternatives.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with our customers.
- Ensuring showroom maintenance, presentation and organization
- Problem solve with an inclusive and solution-minded approach
- Continuously create, improve, and implement prioritization and methods to increase efficacy
- Confident and effective communication and listening skills
- Post seconday school diploma/degree
- Team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others
- Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with ease
- Able to demonstrate proactive selling ability
- A positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure while dealing with people in a courteous manner
- Strong organization skills to balance the details and demands of the position; demonstrating a sense of urgency in completing time sensitive tasks
- Experience in sales and administrative support

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Work setting:

- Specialty store

COVID-19 considerations:
