**Location**: Estevan Comprehensive School, located in the community of Estevan, SK Term: Start Date: January 20, 2025 End Date: Tenure: Permanent Hours of Work: Equivalent to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week Duties: Duties are outlined in the attached job description. Qualifications: Minimum Grade 10 education (Grade 12 or equivalent is preferred) Valid Fireman's Certificate is an asset (will be required to obtain within 1 year of hiring) Valid Driver's License Direct experience in the caretaking field would be considered an asset Demonstrated understanding of cleaning procedures, cleaning processes, products and equipment is preferred General mechanical/plumbing knowledge and aptitude Must have the ability to operate tractors, mowers, and equipment efficiently and safely Knowledge of computers and applicable software Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System Commitment to the ideals of public education as well as the mission, vision and guiding principles of the South East Cornerstone School Division Salary & Benefits: Salary and benefits are in accordance with the currently negotiated SEIU-West Collective Agreement as listed on our website www.secpsd.ca. The starting wage for this position is currently $22.70/hour along with a full benefit package and an employer defined pension plan.
