**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Grade 10 education (Grade 12 or equivalent is preferred)- Valid Fireman's Certificate is an asset but not required- Valid Driver's License- Direct experience in the caretaking field would be considered an asset- Demonstrated understanding of cleaning procedures, cleaning processes, products and equipment is preferred- General mechanical/plumbing knowledge and aptitude- Must have the ability to operate tractors, mowers, and equipment efficiently and safely- Knowledge of computers and applicable software- Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System- Commitment to the ideals of public education as well as the mission, vision and guiding principles of the South East Cornerstone School Division
**Salary & Benefits**:
Salary and benefits are in accordance with the currently negotiated SEIU-West Collective Agreement as listed on our website. The starting wage for this position is currently $22.70/hour along with a full benefit package and an employer defined pension plan.
