We are currently seeking a **Human Resources Business Partner** to join our leadership team.

**Purpose/Summary of Position**:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be the go-to resource for General Managers/Managing Partners/Managers and their teams for all human resources matters. Through ongoing collaboration with and assistance to our General Managers/Managing Partners/Managers, this role helps maximize the overall employee experience and supports the flawless execution of our established HR policies and practices. This role acts as an internal consultant and HR resource for our leaders and ensures that their services provided are responsive to the needs of both the organization and its employees. The proactive HR consulting services include but are not limited to: Talent Acquisition and Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Leadership development, conflict resolution, Health & Safety, training, regulatory compliance, achievement management. HRIS administration, succession planning and recognition programs

**Expectations**:

- Collaborate with managers to identify vacancies; utilizes HR4 to post job ads, execute recruiting process; provide coaching and advice to managers on best practices.
- Ensures managers are compliant in onboarding processes and ensures timely completion of legislated training requirements. Informs VP of HR of escalated concerns, delays, resistance etc. in a timely manner.
- Collaborates with the HR team, conducts leadership training sessions to leaders and department managers at each dealership in key HR areas.
- Manages leaves of absences including EI, LTD, WSIB and RTW plans and trains leaders for compliance in these areas.
- Maintains HR4 and ensures regular usage.
- Oversees orientation and training within the organization.
- Keep job descriptions current.
- Oversees exit processes, conducts exit interviews and reports on HR Analytics.
- Manages integration of new processes and special projects,
- Completes other duties and projects as assigned.

**Special Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management required or equivalent experience.
- CHRP or CHRL designation
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation including but not limited to ESA, OHSA, OLRA
- Experience in automobile dealership preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter and able to work in a fast passed environment.
- Proven experience working as part of a small HR team with a broad focus.
- Strong technical skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
