- **We are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our team as a Sales Associate for our new store opening at Core Shopping Centre**_

**About the Role**

As a Sales Associate, you will provide top-tier customer service with outstanding product knowledge to all clients. Including but not limited to
- Greet all customers with enthusiasm and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in a friendly and professional manner
- Assess customer needs and inquiries by asking open-ended questions to provide personalized solutions, leveraging your in-depth product knowledge to support them in selecting the right products
- Stay informed about current sales and ongoing in-store promotions to keep customers updated and enhance their shopping experience
- Ensure smooth and accurate customer transactions by efficiently utilizing our point-of-sale system and Kiokii Loyalty Reward Membership Program
- Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term brand loyalty
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations and achieve goals
- Participate in fun and motivating in-store contests and initiatives to drive sales, engage customers, and strengthen team spirit while having the opportunity to earn recognition and showcase your skills
- Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

**What We're Looking For**
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- A deep enthusiasm for the Asian beauty industry, with a commitment to learning, sharing knowledge, and staying informed on the latest products and trends to better serve customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a friendly and energetic personality
- Strong problem-solving abilities and able to adapt to customer needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic math proficiency and ability to handle cash and transactions accurately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
