The pandemic has given us an amazing opportunity to repurpose Natural Source’s resources to rapidly launch ShareWares and make an unprecedented global impact. **Position Details**:
Taking ownership of the washing facility day to day operations and lead the wash team as well as overall maintenance of the facilities for both ShareWares and Natural Source.
- Clean and maintain facility equipment
- Create and maintain sanitation reports and logs
- Schedule and lead washing team to assist you
- Empty collection bins and sort the contents to be washed or disposed of
- Prep and rinse dishwares before loading into wash racks
- Wash and sanitize all wares in a commercial dishwashing machine
- Unload dishwares from the dishwasher, inspect for quality assurance, scan coded products, and pack for delivery
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain the sinks and washing area
- Empty trash and compost bins regularly
- Cleaning and tidy up as well as sweeping and mopping
- Additional hours may be spent assisting in the warehouse, and if there is interest, helping with deliveries and pick-ups (require a driver’s license).

**Qualifications/Assets**:

- Reliable with attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to ensure cleaning standards
- Energetic, good team player, positive, and cooperative attitude
- Respectful kind management style (or eagerness to learn these skills)
- Handy (minor repairs and maintenance)

Note: no experience necessary

**Compensation**: $20/hr
