**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Furniture Sales Associate to join our team If you love working with people and have a passion for interior design/home decor, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly manner when they walk in the showroom.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Maintain an inviting and organized sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently in our POS system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, motivated and a self starter (taking initiative will be a huge bonus in this role)
- A passion for home furnishings and design.
- Previous retail experience and or interior design background/education is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Shopify, Flodesk, and/or Canva is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends when needed.
