This position is responsible for planning, leading, and instructing members in Fitness/Yoga classes according to class descriptions and the fitness levels of the groups.

**Specific Responsibilities Include**:

- Deliver high quality group fitness classes to members, in a variety of streams
- Instruct challenging and enthusiastic group fitness classes for members of all levels
- Ensure group fitness training methods and techniques conform to industry standards
- Meet and greet all members you encounter while in the facility

**What you will bring to the position**:

- Certified Group Fitness Leadership (YMCA, OFC, Canfit-Pro)
- Yoga Instructor Certification
- Clear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Level C
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

**Working Conditions**:

- Variable hours - may include daytime, evenings and weekends
- Attend all meetings and training sessions
- Requirement of Standard First Aid and CPR within first 3 months
