**Real Estate Law Clerk - Full-Time**

Hunt & Cuddy small law firm offering services to businesses and individuals in Real Estate, Estate Planning and Administration, and Corporate Commercial Law.

This role offers a competitive salary between $40,000 and $75,000 depending on experience and the opportunity to work with a growing, energetic, and positive team.

**Responsibilities**:
Independently manage residential real estate transactions, including but not limited to purchases, sales, and institutional refinances and private mortgage transactions.

File opening, data input and experience on Unity, title and execution searches, document preparation, communication with business partners and clients, producing financial statements, file closing and reports.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Hours: Full time, permanent

Successful completion of a Law Clerk diploma program preferred

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
