We have an immediate opportunity for a **full-time Reporter on a six-month contract.**.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Working in concert with our news team, you will prepare, research, write, gather, and present insightful, accurate, and engaging interviews and other content
- Appear on our TV news shows to highlight this original content, often live
- Identify multimedia storytelling opportunities that will enhance the station’s coverage and deliver content across all platforms
- Develop story ideas for inclusion on television and across platforms
- Develop and maintain contacts
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A readiness to work varied shifts, including overnights and weekends
- At least three years of news reporting and hosting experience
- Practical experience working live in the field
- A working knowledge of ENPS would be an asset
- Strong interviewing, writing, and editing skills
- Possess a demonstrable history of working in various social media platforms
- Superior organizational, spelling, and grammar skills
- Ability to work in a live broadcast environment
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Pay: $25.18-$34.98 per hour
