**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
- Utilize technology sales skills to assist customers in selecting the right products that meet their needs.
- Perform cashiering duties, including cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and managing the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display to attract customers and promote products effectively.
- Upsell additional products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey product information and promotions to customers.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within store operating hours while maintaining high standards of service.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Western Equine and their equipment and knowledge of horses is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries via phone or other communication channels.
- A proactive approach to upselling products based on customer preferences and needs.
