A high-rise Strata Complex located in New Westminster is seeking a **Full-Time Resident Caretaker**who will overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Strata property, ensuring the smooth running of the building and providing excellent customer service to residents. The job is full-time Tuesday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a full 45-minute break. There may be required on-call times and days for emergencies.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:

- **Tenant Relations**: Addressing resident concerns and complaints, maintaining positive relationships, resolving conflicts, and collecting fees.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**: Coordinating with contractors, overseeing maintenance work, janitorial work, and ensuring the property is well-maintained.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring the property complies with BCFSA and RTB.
- **Emergency Response**: Responding promptly to emergencies and mitigating potential issues.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Preparing reports, managing records, and handling paperwork involving purchase of Fobs and/or Parking Passes, booking elevators for moves, etc.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- You must be a service-driven individual.
- You must have a valid driver's license.
- You must bring your commitment and passion to be the best
- You must have at least 2 years of managing a high-rise Strata building.
