**MORE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Accurately move, split, and report as finished batches, raw materials, FG pallets, and packaging materials in the ERP system.
- Audit ERP consumption locations for material discrepancies and ensure real time accuracy.
- Work closely with the BIT and PIT to ensure proper material consumption and reporting.
- Verify RTS completion at the end of a work order for accuracy and proper preparation.
- Release and start work orders in the ERP system to ensure adherence to the production schedule.
- Report as finished work orders after their completion.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies to correct errors before work orders are reported as finished. Report on root causes for any discrepancies discovered.
- Investigate in-process and out-of-process scrap and correct production runs as needed.
- Communicate with the post-production team on any inventory discrepancies that cannot be resolved - including but not limited to waste events, inaccurate material consumption, and receiving errors.

**ATTENDANCE REQUIRMENTS**:

- The role of Production Inventory Lead is a skilled position that demands consistent and dependable attendance to ensure the ongoing satisfaction of customer needs.
- To excel in this role and retain it, employees should not exceed one (1) day of absence during their initial training period.
- Maintain attendance points below eight (8) at all times.
- Individuals in this role who accumulate eight (8) or more attendance points or miss more than one (1) day during their initial training period will be reassigned to a non-skilled position at the corresponding pay rate for that role.
