We are focused on research and energy development, contributing to the reduction of carbon footprint. **XNRGY** is seeking an **Inventory Management Lead** to join the team in Brampton, Ontario.
Reporting to the Materials Manager, this position will ensure inventory accuracy, process compliance, and operational excellence at our subcontractor site in Brampton. The analyst will manage inventory control and ERP system data (preferably Epicor), while partnering cross-functionally to align physical and virtual inventories. The role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to maintain data integrity, support efficient operations, and drive continuous improvement. _This is a contract role (12 months) with potential full-time opportunity based on performance._

An overview of your responsibilities:_**
- Conduct reconciliation between virtual vs. physical inventory, driving initial cleanup for the financial year end and ensuring ongoing accuracy.
- Manage, segregate, and optimize warehouse locations to streamline operations.
- Oversee reception of packing lists (PLs) in the XNRGY ERP system (Epicor) and prepare corresponding shipping documentation.
- Communicate with Material Planners to flag and address shipment delays.
- Process RMA/RTV transactions due to NCR (Non-Conformance) issues.
- Ensure regular consumption of materials in the job order prior to shipment.
- Maintain strict material traceability to support compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to resolve invoice mismatches in a timely manner.

What you'll need, among other things_**
- 5+ years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain within manufacturing industries (HVAC, Automotive, Aerospace, or related fields).
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; Epicor experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage warehouse layouts, locations, and inventory control processes.
- Hands-on experience with shipping/receiving, RMA/RTV processing, and invoice reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset).
- Results-driven with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
