At Gore Mutual we have a clear focus on strategic growth, innovation, performance and customer service. To meet these goals in Auto, we are looking for an experienced claims professional who can lead. We need someone who understands the value of providing genuine, customer centric service with a track record of coaching for success and growing or supporting high performing teams.
**What you'll Do**:
- Lead and coach your team with a focus on exceptional service and high performance.
- Support our inbound and outbound call management solutions for Claims.
- Build and nurture an engaged and inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide direction, guidance, training and technical advice to aid in the development of your team and the APD unit.
- Identify, address and help solution barriers to effective teamwork.
- Conduct and coach on quality audit functions for calls and file handling.
- Prioritize department objectives and motivate the team towards meeting their goals and our exceeding customer service standards.
- Support our ongoing APD project initiatives.
- Find and create opportunities for innovation and collaboration.
**What you'll Need**:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience leading a team towards success within a call center environment
- Expertise in auto physical damage claims handling is required
- University or College degree or equivalent experience is required
- CIP/FCIP/CRM an asset
- Previous experience with Guidewire software considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical, organization and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Effective negotiation skills
**Permanent, Full-Time**
**Hybrid**:This is a hybrid role that includes the flexibility to work remotely, but also regular in-person meetings in our Cambridge facility is expected (twice a week).
