Job Summary

# Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate and manage all project activities
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction

# Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or HeavyBid
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and scheduling
- Familiarity with Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful completion of various construction projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Project management: 5 years (required)
