**Sales Representative**

City : Ottawa

Under the responsibility of the Store Manager, the Sales Representative will enhance your knowledge in the technology field and communicate this knowledge to customers, making telecommunications simple and appealing by selling the products and services best suited to the clientele. Their challenge will be to find the perfect solution for each need based on the range of products and services offered in the stores.

In their daily routine, the Sales Representative will:

- Respond to the needs of customers visiting the store;
- Suggest various TELUS and KOODO mobility and home security products;
- Receive material orders received in stores;
- Initiate the phone repair process if necessary;
- Communicate with our customers to proceed with renewing their contracts.

**Job Requirements**

To be part of the team, the Sales Representative must:

- Have experience in the field;
- Address the needs of customers visiting the store;
- Suggest various TELUS and KOODO mobility and home security products;
- Receive material orders received in stores;
- Initiate the phone repair process if necessary;
- Communicate with our customers to proceed with renewing their contracts;
- Maintain good interpersonal relationships;
- Have analytical skills to find solutions tailored to customer needs;
- Have an interest in sales and customer service;
- Enjoy working and performing in a team;
- Be open to feedback;
- Master French adequately, both spoken and written;
- Be flexible, methodical, and stress-resistant;
- Show initiative and be innovative.
