Now is the perfect time to build your career with the best We are in search of a passionate, energetic sales professional with experience in the hardscape/landscape industry to be our Hardscape Consultant based in the South-Shore of Montreal.6 Time Winner of the Prestigious Award for Best Managed Companies because we believe in people and possibilities.The position includes a healthy company culture, competitive salary with growth potential, monthly car allowance, uncapped sales bonuses (average earnings potential of $85,000 - $120,000 + per year).Enjoy a flexible schedule with 3 days on the road building relationships & 2 from home closing deals.Here are more of our perks:4 tier career path leading to executive sales levelTecho-Bloc offers formal sales and product knowledge training and boasts the industry’s most extensive video library for continued self-paced educationExcellent professional developmentSelling Tools and Marketing SupportMedical, Visual, and Dental BenefitsEmployee Discount on ProductsJob DescriptionWhat you'll do:Promote Techo-Bloc’s products and services to clients in commercial and residential landscaping.Develop new markets while maintaining relationships with existing customers.Support distributors, resellers, and key industry professionals (landscape architects, civil engineers, designers) in your territory.Identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and meet client needs.Contribute to the business development plan by analyzing customer needs and maximizing sales.Plan and participate in promotional events.Monitor competitors and stay ahead in the market.QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).Bilingual (French/English), with strong English for US client communication.Minimum 2 years in B2B sales with proven results.Excellent negotiation, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 40–60% of the time.Additional InformationCareer Growth and Recognition: At Techo-Bloc, we're career builders.
