**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, planning tasks throughout the process focusing on work orders.

**Required Education/Experience**:

- College Diploma in engineering or related field
- Minimum of Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a unionized maintenance environment
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in general troubleshooting and preventive maintenance programs

**Preferred Skills/Qualifications**:

- Project management skills
- Practical knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics Knowledge
- Knowledge of AC/DC electricity
- Initiative and high motivation
- Excellent coaching, meeting facilitation, content presentation, and team-building skills
- Proven ability in assessing mechanical capabilities

**Responsabilities**:

- Act as a leader to ensure employee and team member development, as well as performance in quality, service, and safety;
- Master programmable logic controllers (PLCs);
- Leverage knowledge and practical experience in operations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to support equipment reliability in facilities;
- Motivate team members and empower them to achieve performance goals;
- Conduct evaluations and allocate necessary resources to meet maintenance needs to support operations and maximize available labor;
- Review and authorize regular and overtime hours to minimize labor costs;
- Conduct reviews and recommend items for removal or addition for spare parts or spare parts rebuilds in the CMMS and workshop room through the red-tag process.

Pay: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
