**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and skills assessments.
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA programs (focused and comprehensive).
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Supervised Instructor Therapists.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide clinical decision-making.
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other professionals to support client outcomes.
- Ensure treatment aligns with ethical guidelines, contextual behavioural science, and client/family values.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation and reports.
- Participate in professional development and remain current with emerging best practices (e.g., ACT, RFT, PFA-SBT).

**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Registered as an RBA in Ontario.
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing ABA services (preferably in autism and developmental services).
- Demonstrated experience supervising behaviour technicians/therapists.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, family-centred, and values-based practice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
