**About the Program**:
The Commercial Emerging Talent Program is designed to provide new graduates with a comprehensive understanding of our business. As an analyst, you’ll have the chance to:

- ** Rotate through different departments**: Experience diverse roles in Position Management, NGL/Commercial Scheduling, Commercial Analytics, Business Development, Trading, and more.
- ** Engage in meaningful projects**: Work on critical assignments that contribute to our success and help you develop your skills.
- ** Network with leaders**: Gain exposure to senior management and industry experts, building relationships that will support your career growth.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We seek recent graduates who are passionate about learning and ready to take on new challenges. As a New Grad Analyst, you will:

- ** Analyze market trends**: Provide insights and recommendations on opportunities in the crude oil and NGL markets.
- ** Support commercial activities**: Assist with invoicing, contract updates, and tracking supply contracts.
- ** Communicate market information**: Maintain and share pricing, trends, and opportunities with the broader commercial team and executives.
- ** Manage data**: Use your advanced Excel skills to track and report on profit forecasting, budget comparisons, and more.
- ** Collaborate effectively**: Build and maintain relationships with our assets, customers, and joint venture partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduate with a degree in Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, Math, Computer Science, or Management. Those graduating in May 2025 will also be considered for this program.
- One to three years of prior industry experience (preferred but not required). Internship count towards this experience.
- Highly motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks.
