**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Bilingual Client Care Specialist** dedicated to supporting our **corporate security clients**. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, providing timely and professional assistance in both English and French. Your goal is to ensure every client interaction is efficient, helpful, and aligned with FCi’s high standards for service and support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, values strong communication, and is committed to creating a seamless client experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as a reliable and professional point of contact for **corporate security clients**:

- Accurately document and communicate client requests, updates, and resolutions
- Address technical or service-related issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and discretion in all interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently
- Contribute to continuous improvements in client service processes

**What You Bring**
- Fluency in **French and English** (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in client service, preferably in security, technology, or a related field
- A team-oriented mindset and proactive approach to solving problems
- Comfort using common office software and support platforms
