- Compile design files and engineering documentation for parts manufacturing.
- Ensure that project timelines are realistic, tracked in **Asana**, and met with urgency.

**People Leadership**
- Provide **direct leadership to assigned project team members** - setting expectations, assigning work, and holding individuals accountable.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to raise capability and drive performance.
- Build a “get it done” culture: encourage solutions over obstacles, simplify tasks, and reward achievement.
- Serve as the key point of accountability for project performance and team execution.

**Technical Responsibilities**
- Participate in design reviews and collaborate with engineering on product improvements.
- Support integration of new technologies and specialty systems into EMS vehicle platforms.
- Ensure testing, documentation, and compliance processes are completed to standard.

**Administration**
- Attend daily innovation huddles and project team meetings.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and change orders.
