Performs a variety of shipping and receiving of parts as well as interacting with customers in store. Stocking duties, sale and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealerships parts department. Ongoing responsibility to assist with the parts sales advisor and managers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Stocking Parts, Receiving and Shipping
- Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer’s needs
- Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.
- Assist in keeping the parts department clean and orderly
- Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.
- Provide service technicians with parts are required.
- Provide service technicians with status and pricing of parts.
- Assist with Parts/Assistant manager in merchandising displays.
- Place new merchandise on display.
- Maintains the retail sale floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards and today’s customer satisfaction.
- Performs other tasks as required by Parts Manager.
- Verify receiving documents.
- Follow up on shortage and expedite by reporting to Parts Manager.
- Daily delivery of parts to body shops and other suppliers
- Any other duties assigned by Management

- Strong attention to detail
- A positive problem solving attitude with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team oriented setting
- Ability to multi task and prioritize work load
- Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable in dealing with customers, suppliers and co-workers
- Ability to learn our dealership software
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to take written and verbal direction.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid driver's license. (Minimum G2)
- Physical capacity to do some heavy lifting and willing to work in a indoor and outdoors environment.
- Parts or dealership experience is not a must but a bonus
