Dog Trainer

Toronto, Canada Companion Avenue Full time

I am looking for a certified dog trainer to join our team at Companion Avenue. This trainer not only understands dogs, but people too; is an excellent teacher, friendly and a great communicator. The trainer has prior experience working as a dog trainer and has completed or is completing their certification. They have the ability to get around the GTA. This job is part-time, and the trainer will set their own hours. Wages are not guaranteed but based on the number of students the trainer takes and number of students who inquire.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $60.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Trainers wear a mask when either the student or the trainer request it. It is preferable that trainers are vaccinated. Some remote and online work is available when cases climb or a student or trainer is at risk.

- Are you open to working for Companion Avenue with the knowledge that students may not always be plentiful and your ability to earn will consequently be affected?
