We’re seeking a meticulous **Sales Estimator** to join our growing team and help bring our vision to life.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Build meaningful relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs.
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for flooring and renovation projects.
- Confidently sell and close deals while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Pay close attention to every detail to ensure seamless project planning and client satisfaction.
- Leverage your expertise to interpret blueprints, utilize takeoff software, and work with general computing tools effectively.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Proven success in sales within the renovation industry (flooring experience is a bonus).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in blueprint reading, takeoff and measuring software, spreadsheets, and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
- **Personal Traits**: Exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivation and consistency are essential.
- **Education**: A background in construction or renovation-related studies is an asset but not required.

- Analyze project blueprints and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for flooring projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their renovation needs and provide tailored pricing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure project profitability.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Utilize software tools like Bluebeam and HeavyBid for efficient project management and estimating.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
