- You’re a CRM wizard you see the value of leveraging data to increase sales.
- You’re a ‘people person’ both with customers **and **your fellow team members.
- You have your OMVIC license (we’ll help you get it if you don’t).
- You’re not afraid to leverage social connections to bring in customers.
- You value a solid, consistent, and transparent sales process and you have no tolerance for anything less.
- You know continued learning is the key to higher sales success.
- You’re self-motivated and ready to make money lots of it.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
