North York, Canada Eco Spray Insulation Full time

Eco Spray Insulation is seeking skilled and dedicated Spray Foam Insulation Technicians/Installers to join our team. We are looking for professionals with expertise in installing 2lb and 1½ lb spray foam. Experience with equipment, including diagnosing issues with reactors and pumps, is highly beneficial.

**Job Overview**:
As a Spray Foam Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for installing spray foam insulation in both residential and commercial projects across the area. This is a full-time, hourly and per-piece pay position.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Valid Spray Foam Insulation licences (as required)
- Strong knowledge of insulation and drywall
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Clear criminal background check
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Comfortable working in tight spaces, including attics and crawlspaces
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Willingness to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends when necessary
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment

**Responsibilities**:

- Trim excess foam as needed for a clean, finished product
- Drive a company truck and trailer to job sites
- Follow and enforce all health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and company representatives regarding job procedures, incidents, and any other issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Perform additional tasks as needed

**Compensation**:
Wages will be discussed based on experience and skill set.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M9L 1R3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
