**Net-zero Building Solutions Ltd. **located in North York ON, is looking to hire a **self-motivated/diligent handyman **for a full-time position. **Net-zero Building Solutions Ltd.** completes all insulation and thermal Barrier related projects such as Spray Foam, Attic (Blow-in) Insulation, Attic Removal, Batt or Roxul Installation, Sound Proofing, Vapor Barrier and Air Barrier systems.

**Duties and Responsibility**
- Complete day to day tasks.
- Show up on time.
- Be polite and respectful.
- Follow safety protocols.
- Take good care of the assigned tools and do not **misplace/lose** them.
- Keep jobsite and the warehouse clean.
- Do a walk-through at the end of everyday to make sure the job site is in acceptable condition.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Must have a driving licence.
- Must own a vehicle.
- Clean driving record if driving company vehicle.
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and solid work ethics
- Motivated and self-driven
